Quality & EHS

Controlled execution in live and mission-critical environments

Defined inspection procedures from survey and design review through material verification, fabrication, installation, alignment, snag closure, documentation, and final handover.

Quality management

How quality is controlled

Quality policy

Deliver Data Centre solutions that meet agreed technical, safety, and delivery requirements through controlled design, fabrication, and installation.

Material approval & traceability

Materials are approved against project specifications, verified on receipt, and traceable to the batch or supplier record where required.

Shop drawings & coordination

Fabrication follows approved shop drawings coordinated with consultants, MEP trades, and fire strategy before release.

Inspection stages

Incoming material, fabrication, pre-dispatch, installation, and handover inspections are recorded at each stage.

Snag management

Snags are logged, assigned, closed, and verified before final documentation is issued.

Documentation

Handover packs include inspection records, registers, as-built information, and applicable certificates.

EHS controls

Site safety planned before mobilisation

Work inside operating Data Centres is executed only under agreed permits, controls, and supervision.

  • Method statements for each activity
  • HIRA and job safety analysis
  • Daily toolbox talks
  • PPE issue and compliance checks
  • Hot-work controls and fire watch
  • Work-at-height controls and access equipment
  • Permit-to-work coordination with the facility
  • Waste handling and housekeeping in critical areas

Request vendor-prequalification documents

Certifications, policies, method statements, and inspection formats are shared on request, subject to approval and project applicability.
